Ed’s passion and priority is helping Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) members and their families plan for retirement. Working with faculty members and administrators allows him to help them prepare for the future. By getting to know each of his clients individually, Ed can help them evaluate their investment and retirement planning needs based on their objectives.

“Since 1974, PSEA selected Kades-Margolis as its exclusive retirement planning and investment product marketer,” said Ed.

Ed is a Registered Representative of GWN Securities, Inc., an independent registered broker-dealer. He is also separately licensed to offer life, health, and accident insurance. Ed offers full-service investment planning to help individuals meet their retirement needs. He joined Kades-Margolis in January 2010, having been in the industry since 1999. His experience in wealth management and retirement planning was the key to his joining.

Ed also has a strong background in compliance issues, having served as the Chief Compliance Officer at his former firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and a Master of Science in Health Administration.

He graduated from King’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and from Wilkes College with a Master of Science in Health Administration.

Ed is a past Chairman of the Wyoming Valley CYC Board of Directors. He is also involved in several other organizations, including Coordinated Child Care, Little Theatre, and KISS Theatre. He has been a PIAA Basketball official since 1983. Ed enjoys golfing and theatre arts leisurely, especially watching his children perform on stage.
