Through our Employer Plans Division, we assist plan sponsors in selecting the right plans to meet company needs and budget requirements. We offer a comprehensive enrollment program that encourages employee participation through plan knowledge and understanding.
403(b) Plan Consulting Services
Through our 403(b) Plan Consulting Services, Kades-Margolis offers access to a nationally recognized 403(b) Third-Party Administrator at no cost to the employer. We provide assistance with 403(b) Plan set-up, and ongoing service and support for the plan. We also offer education to employees about the 403(b) plan and the benefits of participation.
Kades-Margolis also works with plan administrators and attorneys (or those professionals currently working with the employer) to assist in delivering complete plan service.
