THE ROLE:
- Support our field-based advisors by engaging with new and existing clients across Pennsylvania
- Build relationships through discovery, education, and strategic financial planning
- Work with an underserved client base that truly values financial guidance

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage and educate clients in financial planning discussions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking client interactions
✔ Minimum of 1 year of client-facing financial services experience
✔ FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, or 66 licenses
✔ PA Life & Health Insurance License, required
