Client Service Associate, Wayne, PA
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
As a Client Service Representative, your role will involve engaging with clients, advisors, and carriers/vendors to address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. It is important to project a positive, helpful, and polite attitude in all interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in daily communication with clients, advisors, and staff via phone, email, mail, and in-person meetings to research and resolve requests.
- Adhere to strict security protocols when corresponding with clients.
- Process, forward, and track distributions, loans, transfers, and exchanges.
- Acquire and send blank forms to clients upon request, such as salary reduction agreements, distribution forms, loan applications, account change forms, and more.
- Obtain approvals from third-party administrators and assist advisors in securing approvals for various programs as required.
- Monitor client transfers to ensure timely delivery of funds, identifying and resolving any issues as they arise.
- Facilitate conference calls between clients and account carriers as needed to ensure that clients’ questions are answered accurately and promptly.
- Research, complete, and return any paperwork that our broker-dealer rejects due to incompleteness or errors.
- Assist with retirement incentive accounts as necessary.
- Investigate employee and employer contribution inquiries and accurately update the contribution report on a daily basis.

- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Adhere to strict security protocols when communicating with clients.

- Candidates must demonstrate extreme professionalism, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have excellent communication abilities. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for this position.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and web-based applications is required, and experience with financial planning software is a plus.
