As a Financial Advisor of GWN Securities, Inc., Tim works with educators and their families to assist in planning their financial needs. His specialized financial services practice focuses mainly on 403(b) retirement planning and state pension counseling. Tim provides clients advice and products for college saving plans, individual retirement accounts, and managed advisory investments. He also provides life, disability, and long-term care insurance.

Since 1974, Kades-Margolis has been the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA)’s chosen retirement and investment planning partner. ​ Tim’s goal is to preserve and continue to build that relationship by providing excellent service.

Tim has spent 19 years in the financial services industry, primarily in the institutional realm. He’s held the Regional Vice President position with major insurance, mutual fund, and alternative investment firms. Throughout that time, Tim has served as a consultant, providing business-building support through idea implementation, educational forums, and public seminars.

He now serves the investing public, aligned with Kades-Margolis Corporation, where he employs his years of product knowledge and portfolio structuring to build, manage, protect, and transition his clients’ wealth. Through a definable, truly unique process, his goal is to provide education, leadership, and direction throughout every stage of retirement. He is registered to provide managed advisory services and mutual funds and is separately licensed to offer annuities and life, accident, and long-term care insurance.
